折弯机机器的调整 Adjustment of bending machine

1.滑块上限的调整:

调理撞块Ⅱ的方位,可使上升的滑块停留在所需的上死点方位,这样可缩短滑块行程间隔,减少作业循环时刻,然后进步生产率。

2.滑块慢速动作的调整:

当滑块下行时对撞块“I”牵动行程开关使滑块作慢速动作,慢速行程时刻的长短由可调电位器调整。

1. 上、下模空隙的调整(滑块有必要停在上死点)

a、 操作作业台右下方按钮箱上的按钮,按标牌指示的方向操作,初调空隙应大于板厚,视所折工件视点的大小来修整空隙。也可用手轮进行微调整,调整值由核算器显现,每增减一个个位数是0.1mm(0.1mm/转)。

b、 如若工件视点两头不共同,可松开支钉,把衔接杆左移,脱开左、右滚动的衔接,滚动手轮(上或下)改动一端机械限位的间隔,到达微调整工件端视点的意图。

c、 如若工件视点两头共同,中心视点(大或小)不共同,这可使上模微调设备,运用微调时,把上模接近于下模槽,稍放松中段上模接模板和调整块上的螺钉,(以上模不落下为准则)然后把中段上部的调整斜块(左或右略微敲动)。在中心视点小的当地,使上模适量凸出,紧固支钉,试折,直到工件全长视点到达答应值上。

2.折弯机折弯力的调整:

在表或依据折弯力核算公式算出板料折弯力之千牛值,并按表一核算出指示压力P值,随后调理溢流阀8的手轮,使其发生的力稍大于折板的千牛值即可。

3. 后挡料间隔的调整:

后挡料是 折弯板料时在长度方向作定位用,由前按钮箱上的按钮操控电动机调整,其调整值可从按钮箱上的转数表中读出,转数表的换算值为0.1mm/转,并有手轮进行微调。

6.脚踏开关能使滑块做向上或向下运动,操作简便。
